Submit your funding application to the Research Office
Before you submit
Make sure that you've:
- checked whether the call you're applying to is restricted. If it is, your application will need to have been approved before you can apply
- given the Research Office at least 4 weeks notice that you're submitting an application. If you haven't done this, your application will be considered a late application
- attached the full and complete application, including a completed costing
- included any relevant supporting documents including a gender equality statement (if you're applying to UKRI, NIHR Global Health Research, Global Challenges Research Fund or Newton Fund) or a statement of support from the Vice Chancellor or Pro Vice Chancellor or Head of Department (the funder's requirements will let you know if this is needed)
- completed the mandatory Worktribe risk assessment form
- met any deadlines and requirements set by your Department
Submitting your application
Once your application is ready, you need to submit it through Worktribe.
Deadlines
Your application needs to be submitted 5 working days before the funder's deadline, unless you're:
