The Research Funding Development team can help with:
- managing the bid process from idea to submission
- interpreting funder guidance and advising on non-discipline-specific areas (for example: research culture, equality, diversity and inclusion and sustainability)
- coordinating communication across research teams and partners
- providing a non-academic review of applications
- organising internal peer reviews, and mock interview panels

Funding for grant applications
The Research Funding Development Team provides tailored grant application support and manages two institutional funds to further enable this:
- Bid Preparation Fund, which provides small grants to enable preparation of large collaborative bids.
- Large Grant Contributions Fund, which aims to provide financial contributions to large collaborative grant proposals
